    Portrait prices begin at $150 for a 5"x7" portrait, varying based on size. Visit my product pages for details. Google Pay and credit card options are available. 


    To commission a watercolor portrait, purchase through the website today. Upon confirmation, you'll receive an email detailing how to submit your images. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out—I'm here to help guide you through the process.


    While I always aim to meet deadlines, please understand that each detailed portrait takes time. If you have a specific date in mind, such as a birthday or anniversary, please contact me before ordering to ensure feasibility. Lead times may vary depending on demand and portrait complexity, and I'll provide an estimated timeframe upon ordering. Currently, the turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks, subject to availability, but I'm flexible to accommodate specific deadlines whenever possible.

    Yes! I create portraits of multiple pets. The 8x10 landscape format is available for two pets only. For 2-3 pets, the 11x14 size will be available soon. Feel free to reach out for custom requests!


    No, there are no hidden fees in the commissioning process. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout.


    1. Copyright: The artist, Alondra Villacorta Marin, retains full copyright on all commissioned artwork, including mock-ups and prints. Clients who do not wish their portrait to be displayed online must notify the artist before work commences.
    2. Payment: Full payment is required before portrait creation begins. Various payment methods are available at checkout. Items are shipped within 3-7 business days from portrait completion.
    3. Cancellations: Payment is non-refundable once work has begun. If cancellation is necessary before work starts, an 80% refund will be issued. The remaining 20% covers booking process, design time, and materials.
    4. Refund Policy: Orders are shipped after client approval of the final drawing. In the event of an unexpected outcome or inability to fulfill the order, a full refund can be processed. Damaged orders must be returned in original packaging for inspection and refund consideration.
    5. Privacy Policy: Your personal information will not be sold, distributed, or leased to third parties.
